Frequently Asked Questions

When will I get my stuff?

All orders are processed in 1 to 3 days and are shipped out ASAP thereafter. Shipping normally takes around 10 to 20 days but can take a little longer from time to time. As soon as your goods ship we’ll send you tracking info so that you can track your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via major credit cards or Paypal. In either case Paypal handles the secure transaction on our behalf.

What's your return policy?

We only sell high quality products but hey, sometimes things do go wrong. If your product is faulty or broken when you receive it we’ll replace it or refund you. Please contact us if you’re not happy with your product. We do not, however, process refunds or returns if you ordered the wrong color or size so please check our sizing guides carefully when placing your order.

Is shipping really free?

Yep. If you spend more than $49 we’re offering free shipping to US adresses. Otherwise we charge a nominal shipping fee to cover our costs.

Can I Track My Order?

Sure. Once your order is processed we’ll send you tracking info for your order. You can track your order using that info on our order tracking page.

I order a few products. Will they all come at once?

If you’ve ordered multiple different items we may send them in separate shipments.
